Leslie Exceptional Home Care (LEHC) is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated freelance recruiter to join our team and play a crucial role in expanding our esteemed client base. This exciting remote position offers the opportunity to work independently and contribute directly to the growth of our organization. Regular weekly meetings will be scheduled to ensure effective communication and collaboration, allowing for a structured yet flexible work environment. Compensation for this role is structured around a commission basis, with earnings directly tied to the successful enrollment of new clients. This commission-based structure creates a flexible income opportunity, allowing you to set your own pace and maximize your earning potential. While prior experience in marketing and sales would be considered an advantage, it is not strictly required for this position. The ideal candidate will be a highly effective communicator, possess exceptional organizational skills, and demonstrate the ability to thrive in an autonomous work setting, proactively seeking out and securing new client relationships.
