Commercial Roofing Project ManagerEskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeastern U.S. since 1972. We are looking for a motivated Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our Nashville, Tennessee team!We seeking a motivated Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute commercial roofing projects. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while meeting high quality standards, combining deep industry knowledge with strong leadership and project management skills.What You Will DoDirect daily production activities for commercial roofing projects, developing and implementing production schedules and adjusting plans as neededLead, train, and supervise on-site production teams, subcontractors, and support staff, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvementDevelop and manage project budgets, coordinate procurement and delivery of materials and equipment, and monitor expenses for cost-effective operationsEnforce OSHA guidelines, company safety policies, and industry best practices; conduct regular site inspections and quality checksCollaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and suppliers on timelines, progress, and challenges; provide progress reports and performance metrics to senior managementIdentify potential risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate delays or cost overrunsMaintain accurate project records and documentation, presenting updates to stakeholdersWhat We Are Looking For5+ years of experience in commercial roofing project management or a similar roleStrong knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and industry best practicesProficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent leadership, organizational, and written/verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines, with experience managing customer expectationsComfortable working at heights and capable of safely using ladders and other elevated access equipmentValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordMust pass a pre-employment background check and drug screeningPreferred Skills & CertificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)OSHA 10 or 30 certifiedBilingual fluency in English and SpanishExperience in a fast-paced commercial roofing environmentWhy Join Eskola?Trade-specific training & room to grow within the companyMedical Insurance (2 plans, including HDHP with HSA & company match)401(K) with company matchingCompany-provided technology/equipment as neededDental, Vision, Life, & Disability InsurancePaid Time OffEskola, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
