This contract position places you at the heart of making meaningful impacts while working with a diverse population ranging from preschool to high school. Multiple roles are available: two full-time and one at 0.8 FTE.

You’ll be part of an experienced, supportive team focused on delivering high-quality services within an equitable workload model—assignments are thoughtfully balanced to consider higher demands at sites with specialized programming and preschool students. Fully onsite, this role lets you collaborate closely with educators and families, fostering student growth and achievement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Colorado Occupational Therapy License
• Valid Colorado Department of Education license
• Current DORA certification
• School-based or pediatric OT experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Flexibility and commitment to equity in your caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect OT services for a caseload of approximately 40–60 students, adapting to unique site needs
• Collaborate with general and special education staff, as well as families, to develop and implement IEPs
• Deliver assessments, interventions, and consultative support for students with diverse learning needs
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation in alignment with district standards
• Attend required Summer Symposium New Hire Orientation from July 27–31st; transition to campus sites August 3rd
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to support best student outcomes
