Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Colorado Department of Education certification
• Active Colorado Occupational Therapist license
• Prior experience in a school-based OT setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Comfortable adapting to varied campus assignments and caseloads
• Dedication to supporting students’ individualized needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Assess students to identify challenges in motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities
• Develop and implement targeted interventions and therapy plans
• Document progress and participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings
• Educate staff and families on strategies to help students succeed in both classroom and home settings
