Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding role supporting students as a school-based Occupational Therapist in the North Denver area. This contract opportunity offers a blend of summer orientation and a full school-year schedule. Multiple positions are available: four full-time (approximately 37.5 hours per week) and one part-time (0.8 FTE) Occupational Therapist. Work across a range of schools, serving age groups from preschool through high school, and make a measurable difference in students’ everyday lives.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and active Colorado Occupational Therapist license
• DORA certification required for practice in Colorado
• Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations highly preferred
• Flexibility to work across multiple assigned campuses as needed
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with other professionals, students, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy and consultative services to students, supporting their academic and daily functioning in accordance with IEP objectives
• Assess students’ needs and develop meaningful, individualized treatment plans
• Participate in multi-disciplinary teams, including IEP meetings, to contribute expertise in accommodations and support strategies
• Document services and progress reports accurately and timely
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with teachers, staff, and families to provide the best outcomes for students
• Attend a required Summer Symposium New Hire Orientation from July 27–31, 2026
• Begin on-site work August 3, 2026, with contract extending through May 21, 2027
