Heart Failure Cardiology opening in Albany, NYFull-time; PermanentSeeking BC/BE Overview: Full-time Heart Failure Cardiologist position Join a well-established cardiology group with a strong referral base Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including advanced practice providers, nurses, and specialists Opportunity to participate in advanced therapies and clinical research initiatives Diagnose and manage patients with advanced heart failure and cardiomyopathies Provide expertise in pharmacologic and device-based therapies Collaborate with electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, and cardiac surgery teams Interpret diagnostic tests including echocardiograms, cardiac MRI, and hemodynamic assessments Participate in inpatient and outpatient care, including rounding and follow-up visits Educate patients and families on disease management and lifestyle modifications--- Position Offers: Base Salary is $600,000 per year Year 2- Cardiologist has opportunity to join Pool Model where RVU and Quality Incentive Models are shared among pool members. Entry into Pool model requires annual RVU threshold.* The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
