About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Change Management to lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive change strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and operational goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that change initiatives across various service lines are cohesive, scalable, and have a lasting impact. This executive role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving enterprise-wide transformation, particularly in complex, mission-driven environments. The VP will work closely with senior leaders to prioritize and execute critical initiatives, balancing strategic objectives with the practicalities of operational execution. As a trusted advisor, the role involves influencing decision-making, assessing risk, and guiding leaders through the intricacies of change, all while maintaining a focus on the quality of care and the needs of the communities served. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in change management or a related area. A strong background in structured change methodologies and a certification in change management, such as Prosci® or ADKAR, is required. The role demands a leader with deep knowledge of change management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and sustain relationships across a highly matrixed organization. Experience in healthcare, human services, or other complex, mission-driven sectors is highly valued. The VP will be instrumental in building the organization's change capability, coaching leaders, and ensuring that change efforts result in meaningful, sustainable outcomes for both the workforce and the communities served.
