Kitchen Lead

Kitchen Lead Job Duties: Supervise the mixing and chocolate sections to ensure the process is carried out correctly and efficiently. Estimate the amount of dough needed for the shift, ensuring continuous production without waste. Take daily attendance for all team members. Verify that operating parameters meet product specifications. Ensure the team uses the correct ingredients according to the production order. Collaborate with the Work Order (WO) area to confirm that all information and processes are accurate. Follow company safety processes and lockout/tagout procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment. Review machine conditions to ensure proper operation and complete corresponding reports for preventive or corrective maintenance. Continuously train employees in GMP, safety, and any process changes. Other tasks may be assigned by your supervisor to support line and company needs. Weekend work may be required. Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at any time. Ability to stand for the full 8-hour shift.
