Especialista en Ventas de Beneficios (En Campo - Westchester, NY)

Responsabilidades Proporciona apoyo para actividades de inscripción de miembros, incluyendo la identificación, entrevista y selección de posibles miembros elegibles para los productos de seguros de salud de Molina. Ayuda con la selección del plan de salud y los procesos de inscripción. Procesa documentación y asegura la precisión de los documentos y el seguimiento. Desarrolla y mantiene relaciones con agencias comunitarias locales, organizaciones de salud y agencias estatales/de condado que refieren a miembros potencialmente elegibles. Representa en eventos de divulgación comunitaria para ayudar con los esfuerzos de inscripción. Calificaciones Se requiere un Consejero de Aplicaciones ID – CAC o la capacidad de obtener la certificación dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la contratación. Debe tener transporte confiable y una licencia de conducir válida sin restricciones. Habilidades interpersonales/servicio al cliente. Experiencia en procesamiento de datos y revisión. Atención al detalle, habilidades organizativas y de manejo del tiempo, y capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y cumplir con los plazos internos. Actitud positiva, y capacidad para adaptarse al cambio. Conocimiento de planes de seguros de atención administrada. Capacidad para trabajar con una población diversa, incluyendo diferentes etnias, antecedentes culturales y/o comunidades desatendidas. Capacidad para mantener la confidencialidad y cumplir con la Ley de Portabilidad y Responsabilidad de Seguros de Salud (HIPAA). Capacidad para establecer y mantener relaciones laborales positivas y efectivas con compañeros de trabajo, miembros, proveedores y clientes. Habilidades efectivas de comunicación verbal y escrita, incluyendo fuertes habilidades de presentación. Dominio de la suite de Microsoft Office y programas de software aplicables.
