Job Description

Job Summary:

Perform and deliver high-quality imaging services using various radiographic equipment while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Adhere to all regulatory and professional standards to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring proper setup, calibration, and troubleshooting.
Position patients correctly for various radiographic procedures to obtain optimal images.
Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures.
Review imaging results and coordinate with healthcare providers for any necessary procedure adjustments.
Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and equipment logs.
Follow all safety protocols related to radiation exposure and infection control.

Qualifications:

Possess 1-3 years of experience as an X-Ray Technician.
Demonstrate proficiency with diverse imaging equipment including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Hold current NJ State RT License and ARRT certification.
Maintain knowledge of current practices, advances in healthcare technology, and regulatory guidelines.
Show strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
Graduate from an accredited radiography program.
