Work Schedule

**Day and Night Shifts available: **6:00 am - 6:00 pm and 6:00 pm - 6:00 am following a 2-2-3 schedule with built-in overtime and days off; Night Shift differential: $1.25/hr.

Join us at our upcoming Job Fair for Manufacturing Technicians in Rochester, NY!

We will be hosting a job fair at the DoubleTree, 1111 Jefferson Road, Henrietta, tomorrow, Tuesday, July 14th from 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm. Bring your resume and be ready to interview!

We are seeking motivated individuals who are eager to contribute to our dynamic manufacturing team. If you have a passion for production and a knack for problem-solving, this is your chance to shine. Responsibilities

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality and consistency in production.
Implement Lean Manufacturing Principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Perform machine setups for production runs, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Operate and maintain packaging machines, ensuring products are packaged correctly and efficiently.
Utilize Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) to monitor and control production processes.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Strong shop math skills to perform measurements and calculations accurately.
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Basic computer skills for data entry and machine operation.
Familiarity with packaging machines and HMI systems.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

You should be proficient in:

Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
