Job Details

1. Managing all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
2. Conducting extensive and complex legal research to support case preparation and provide legal advice.
3. Collaborating with a team of attorneys and paralegals in the preparation and filing of legal documents.
4. Developing strategies for efficient and effective case management towards favorable resolutions.
5. Negotiating settlements in alignment with client’s needs and goals.
6. Maintaining current knowledge of changes in legislation.
7. Providing legal advice to clients, presenting case law, and making recommendations based on research.
8. Liaising with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and experts.
9. Ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
