RN Weekend Supervisor
7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Weekend Supervisor to join our leadership team.

This leadership role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about resident care, team development, and clinical excellence. As the Weekend Supervisor, you will provide clinical oversight, support nursing staff, and help ensure exceptional care is delivered to our residents.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support nursing staff and Nursing Assistants
• Ensure quality resident care and compliance with care plans
• Assist with assessments, admissions, and resident care oversight
• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary departments
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Assist with clinical documentation, incident follow-up, and staff support

Qualifications:
• Current, active, unencumbered North Carolina RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
