You will oversee multi-state licensing, regulatory compliance, insurance contracting, and payer enrollment to enable nationwide growth. The ideal candidate will manage license applications, credentialing, and enrollment in CAQH/PECOS/NPPES, while negotiating payer terms and maintaining provider participation agreements across states to #J-18808-Ljbffr Medrx Infusion
