Position Type Full Time / Swing Shift Pay Rate $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon 01:00 PM – 09:00 PM Fri 01:00 PM – 09:00 PM Sat 01:00 PM – 09:00 PM Sun 01:00 PM – 09:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail property, including common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations, helping to identify unusual activity and/or policy violations. Monitor access points and observe customer and visitor activity to help support a welcoming environment while addressing security-related concerns in accordance with site procedures. Assist with reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious behavior, and provide clear information to management and/or responding personnel during routine operations and emergency situations. Minimum Requirements A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
