Production Supervisor

Job Overview Front-line people leader responsible for multiple cells/lines within a shift. Ensures a safe workplace, product quality, on-time delivery, and efficient use of labor and equipment. Coaches team leads and technicians, manages daily tier accountability, and coordinates with cross-functional partners. May be assigned to a specific Premier PV product line (e.g., PV eBOS equipment, PV harness & electrical assemblies, or structural/mechanical components).
