Director of Commercial Operations

Supporting the Chief Commercial Officer in a remote capacity, the full-time Director of Commercial Operations will build and scale operational processes across sales, marketing, and customer experience while driving strategic initiatives during a critical growth phase. Key responsibilities Design and implement scalable operational processes and frameworks across multiple functions to support growth Own pipeline management processes and optimize CRM systems to enhance efficiency and reporting Establish customer success programs and monitor key account health to drive satisfaction and outcomes Required qualifications 6-8+ years of operations leadership experience in early-stage or high-growth startup environments Proven ability to build and scale processes in ambiguous settings, with a focus on healthcare or health tech Expertise in cross-functional leadership and customer success, particularly in B2B or DTC contexts Strong project management skills with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM platforms and analytics for strategic decision-making
