Rooster & Owl is currently looking to add an entry to advanced level line cook to our team. We are a small family run business that focuses on cooking great food and cultivating a great culture. We have garnered plenty of accolades from the Michelin Guide, Washington Post, Eater DC, James Beard, and RAMMY just to name a few. We attribute our success to the team that we have built thus far, and we are looking to add another member to the family.

What we are looking for:

• At least one year of experience at a reputable restaurant is preferred
• A sense of urgency
• Desire to learn and improve on the craft
• Good knife skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work well in a small team dynamic

What we have to offer:

• Dinner only Tuesday thru Saturday (Sunday/Monday off each week)
• No lunch or brunch shifts

Compensation: Hourly ($52,000.00 - $56,000.00)
