Low Voltage & Security Systems Lead Technician

About Stone Systems

Stone Systems is a commercial low-voltage contractor serving Charlotte and Raleigh, NC, as well as projects through SC and VA.

Our work is focused on Access Control, Video Surveillance, and Intrusion Detection systems , along with Networks, AV, and Fiber Optic infrastructure.

We are a growing company seeking a reliable, experienced Site Lead who is adept at taking on sites or service calls and resolving customer or system issues.

Position Overview

This role is based out of our Charlotte operation, where you will join a small team of four and collaborate with the General Manager, making company growth possible.

Each technician plays a key role in delivering successful projects and maintaining our reputation for quality. Here your work will make a real difference.

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and overall contribution .

Regular 8-5 working hours with minimal overtime.

Work primarily in the Charlotte area, with occasional regional travel (NC, SC, VA) and infrequent overnight stays.

Duties

Perform and lead installs of low voltage systems in commercial, multi-family and new construction environments.
Work with Alarm.com, Verkada, Bosch, ButterflyMX, Paxton and other professional systems.
Perform and lead field service visits to commercial and multi-family client sites. (Testing, troubleshooting, repairs and customer training).
Represent the company in collaborating with construction teams and property management teams.
Ensure that technicians at work, working on the correct task and complete it timeously.

Requirements

Consistently use field service software for job management and reporting.
Valid driver's license.
Own transport and tools a big plus.
Possession of a LV license a big plus.
