Project Coordinator

Position: Project Coordinator

Compensation: $ 55,000 - 65,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Collaborate with estimating department for job setup
• Set up new jobs/projects in ERP system
• Create and validate project submittals
• Track and enter change orders
• Oversee travel arrangements and manage per diem
• Prepare accurate and timely invoices for clients
• Manage security access badges for project sites
• Proactively prepare and file critical documentation
• Support efforts with OCIP/CCIP
• Material tracking and other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous administration experience in construction environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency with MS Office products

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Vista Viewpoint experience
