Radiologic Technologist II

Hourly Pay Range: $29.68 - $46.00 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights Sign on Bonus: $10,000 Position: Radiologic Technologist II Location: Glenbrook Hospital Full Time/Part Time: Full time Hours: Monday-Friday 3:30pm-11:30pm, rotating weekends On Call: Yes Required Travel: N/A What you will do Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort Perform radiographic exams Review radiographs to ensure optimum quality Complete and submit information and images to RIS in a timely manner Consistently works independently and operates all equipment with minimal assistance to performance procedures Check supplies/stocks room and maintains general cleanliness in department Assists in printing films and retrieval of reports May be required to work at other NorthShore off‑site facilities to accommodate internal/external customers past schedule(s) hours Reports environmental/equipment problems to appropriate resource personnel What you will need Education: Certificate or Associate's degree from an accredited radiology program License: IEMA licensing required Certification: CPR certification required. ARRT registry eligible required. Experience: Previous radiology experience required.
