Associate AttorneySeeking an Associate Attorney to manage an active litigation caseload encompassing serious personal injury, wrongful death, and employment law disputes.Seeking an ambitious, sharp, and values-driven Associate Attorney to join our tight-knit litigation team. In this role, you will take meaningful ownership of a diverse plaintiff's docket, navigating clients through the legal process step-by-step from initial intake through trial or resolution, because our practice uniquely intersects personal injury and employment law (often representing clients facing job issues after an injury), you will develop a sophisticated, holistic litigation skill set that sets you apart.ResponsibilitiesCase Advocacy & Strategy: Manage an active litigation caseload encompassing serious personal injury, wrongful death, and employment law disputes.Courtroom & Trial Prep: Draft high-caliber pleadings, substantive motions, and targeted discovery requests.
