This full-time RN role offers a $10,000 retention bonus for RNs with 1 year of dialysis experience!

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team. In this role, you'll provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. 1 year of dialysis experience preferred- with a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.

\n Responsibilities:

\n
• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
\n
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes
\n
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
\n
• Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options
\n
• Float to nearby clinics as needed; flexible schedule required
\n

• Fast-paced, hands-on environment

• Long-term patient relationships
\n
• Broad nursing skill application with medically complex patients
\n
• Paid training provided
\n

Schedule:

\n
• Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
\n
• Training may occur at a clinic other than your home location
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• RN license in the state of practice
\n
• ADN required; BSN preferred
\n
• Basic computer proficiency
\n
• Reliable transportation for potential floating
\n

Preferred (Not Required):

\n
• Experience in Dialysis
\n
• CNN/CDN certification
\n
