Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service : Your passion for excellence and ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely will ensure each customer feels they have received outstanding service.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers , ensuring a seamless and effortless experience for all their needs.
• Collaborate with various departments within the business to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Leverage your problem-solving skills to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
• Proactively expand your knowledge of our products and different aspects of our business.
• Build and Retain Relationships : You will play a crucial role in establishing relationships with new customers and retaining existing ones.
• Promote Growth : By fostering customer retention and driving sales of new products, you will contribute to the growth and expansion of our company.
• Maintain Industry Leadership : Your impressive communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will help uphold our position as an industry leader.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Bachelor's degree required
• If less than 5 years of professional work experience, minimum cumulative 2.80 GPA is required
• Must be located within commutable distance of Las Vegas, NV to accommodate in-office schedule

Starting pay: $44,720.00/yr to $49,920.00/yr. Lutron's employee benefits include 401k + match, health, dental, and life insurance, paid vacation (amount based on tenure with the company), flexible spending account, and tuition reimbursement programs.
