Assembler Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. Entry-level position; manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Ability to work in a production/manufacturing environment. Ability to perform physical tasks, including pushing, pulling, lifting, stretching, and bending. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (10+ hour shifts in a shop environment). Ability to lift to 50 lbs. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Assembler Job Duties: Assemble, test, and package products from multiple product lines. Identify assembly issues and document using Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCRs). Support Manufacturing Engineering in troubleshooting and implementing process solutions. Partner with Quality Engineering on product quality and process improvements. Assist with ISO 9001 audit preparation and internal audit activities. Analyze assembly processes and support continuous improvement initiatives. Provide daily and weekly updates on assigned work and project status. Follow established manufacturing and quality procedures in a production environment.
