Business Development Assistant

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Represent client brands professionally at promotional events and face-to-face interactions. Assist with campaign planning, market research, and customer engagement. Collaborate with leadership to achieve individual and team goals. Track customer interactions and provide feedback to improve campaign performance. Participate in daily coaching, professional development, and team meetings. What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus but not required. Customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or leadership experience is helpful but not required.
