Senior Analyst, FP&A

Title: Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A Retail Pharmacy Description: The Senior Financial Analyst will be focused on providing analytical support for the Retail Rx FP&A team, driving actionable business insights. The role will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting and monthly analysis and will provide senior management with the information needed to make critical business decisions. Responsibilities Perform pharmacy margin analytics related to business performance and profitability trends. Support the development of the annual budget and periodic forecast deliverables. Maintain and improve complex financial models used to project short- and long-term sales and gross margin performance. Act as a key liaison between Finance and various business units to ensure that financial forecasts align with current trends and market conditions. Help support the long‑term financial planning process and other strategic initiatives. Provide analytical support for ad hoc analysis as requested by senior management and as opportunities arise. Requirements 2 – 3+ years of finance experience. Preferred 4+ years of finance experience. Knowledge of finance and accounting principles. Microsoft Excel experience using functions such as PivotTables, INDEX(), Filters, etc. Microsoft Access and PowerPoint experience. SAP experience is a plus. Proven ability to perform well and with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines. Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Excellent analytical and communication skills at all levels. Ability to work independently and as a team player. Prior SQL experience is preferred. Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40 Time Type: Full‑time Pay Range: $46,988.00 – $112,200.00 This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
