Spitzer Acura in McMurray is looking for passionate team members who want to deliver a high level of service to our customers, while growing their career at a top regional employer. The Cashier / Receptionist receives payment for products or services sold by dealership and plays a key role in maintaining or creating customer satisfaction for the business transaction. While you take care of our customers, we will take care of you! Essential job function and responsibilities include: Greets customers at the cashier window in a pleasant and professional manner, Answers incoming calls in a prompt, polite and professional manner, Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from customer; receipts amount received, Scanning and filing documents, Answers customer questions about service performed or products purchased, or refers them to someone who can, Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution, Maintains a professional appearance, Keeps work area neat and clean, Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications include: One year office experience, Upbeat and positive, Team oriented, Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test, Dealership experience preferred, CDK a plus, Must be authorized to work in the United States.
