Receptionist Opportunity
The Charlene Bozovich, State Farm Agency is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred, but not required.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $34,300.00 - $38,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Canonsburg.
- Our office is open 9 - 5 Monday - Friday.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1985.
- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
