Your Mission As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid digital marketing activities. You will work closely with our marketing, creative, content, and business teams to generate high-quality leads, maximize ROI, and support the growth of multiple brands within D Group. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute multi-channel performance marketing strategies. Manage and optimize campaigns across: Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) LinkedIn Ads TikTok Ads (where applicable) Plan and manage annual and monthly media budgets. Drive lead generation and customer acquisition while improving Cost per Lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Build, monitor, and optimize marketing funnels and landing pages to maximize conversion rates. Implement A/B testing strategies for creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages. Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other analytics platforms. Produce actionable performance reports and recommendations for senior management. Collaborate with the creative, content, CRM, sales, and technology teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns. Stay ahead of industry trends, new advertising features, AI tools, and digital marketing best practices. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing. Proven success managing six-figure annual advertising budgets. Hands‑on experience with: Google Ads Meta Ads Manager LinkedIn Campaign Manager Google Analytics 4 Google Tag Manager Looker Studio Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into growth opportunities. Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing automation. Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities.
