Αναζητούμε έναν/μία IT Administrator που θα αναλάβει την καθημερινή υποστήριξη των IT υποδομών της εταιρείας, συμβάλλοντας στη διασφάλιση της εύρυθμης λειτουργίας των συστημάτων, του εξοπλισμού και των χρηστών. Αν απολαμβάνεις να επιλύεις τεχνικά ζητήματα, σου αρέσει να συνεργάζεσαι με διαφορετικές ομάδες και θέλεις να εξελιχθείς σε ένα οργανωμένο περιβάλλον με σύγχρονες τεχνολογικές υποδομές, τότε αυτή η θέση είναι για σένα. Οι βασικές σου αρμοδιότητες: Διαχείριση, συντήρηση και αναβάθμιση του IT εξοπλισμού (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners), καθώς και setup νέων χρηστών και συσκευών. Παροχή καθημερινής τεχνικής υποστήριξης (Helpdesk) στους χρήστες των κεντρικών γραφείων και του δικτύου καταστημάτων. Παρακολούθηση της λειτουργίας των δικτύων, των VPN συνδέσεων και των εργαλείων ασφαλείας, με πρώτο επίπεδο troubleshooting όπου απαιτείται. Διαχείριση του Google Workspace και υποστήριξη βασικών cloud υπηρεσιών. Παρακολούθηση των διαδικασιών backup και της ορθής λειτουργίας του συστήματος CCTV, σε συνεργασία με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες. Υποστήριξη των ψηφιακών εφαρμογών των καταστημάτων, όπως digital signage, clienteling εργαλεία και λίστες επικοινωνίας. Συνεργασία με τον ERP / Business Systems Specialist για την επίλυση σύνθετων τεχνικών θεμάτων και τη συνεχή βελτίωση των IT διαδικασιών. Τι αναζητούμε: Πτυχίο Πληροφορικής ή συναφούς αντικειμένου. 2-3 έτη προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση IT Support, Helpdesk ή IT Administration. Πολύ καλή γνώση hardware, λειτουργικών συστημάτων Windows και υποστήριξης χρηστών. Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση Google Workspace. Βασικές γνώσεις δικτύων και εργαλείων Cisco. Εξοικείωση με διαδικασίες backup και βασικές αρχές IT Security. Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας. Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών αιτημάτων με σωστές προτεραιότητες. Υπευθυνότητα, οργανωτικότητα και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια. Ανεπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, ομαδικό πνεύμα και πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση στην υποστήριξη χρηστών (user-first mindset).
