Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse position in a healthcare facility located in San Joaquin County. This role involves delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients in a high-demand, fast-paced emergency environment. The nurse will supervise staff, coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams, and utilize critical thinking and professional judgment to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Evening shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Emergency Room (ER) experience preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor required; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from approved vendor required; NIH Stroke Scale certification required

• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The nurse will collect relevant patient data, develop and implement care plans, evaluate outcomes, and collaborate with the healthcare team to provide safe, healing, and patient-centered care. The role involves participating in discharge planning, delegating tasks appropriately, and providing health education to patients and families.
