Project Manager Manchester, NH Area Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 + Benefits Why This Role Matters This is an opportunity to join a well-established and growing steel construction business with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across multiple sectors. As Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining excellent client relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple structural steel and metal construction projects from award through completion Coordinate with engineering, detailing, fabrication, field operations, subcontractors, and clients Monitor project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and overall project performance Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project communications Track project risks and proactively resolve issues impacting delivery Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Ensure projects progress efficiently while meeting quality and safety expectations Ideal Candidate Profile 5+ years of project management experience within structural steel or miscellaneous metals. Strong understanding of fabrication and construction project workflows Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Experience reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and schedules Experience with construction management or fabrication software would be beneficial #J-18808-Ljbffr
