Qualifications

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS • Valid professional OT license in the state of practice • Graduate of ACOTE accredited school and eligible to take or has passed the NBCOT exams (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy).
