Job Responsibilities

• Develop Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess patients' individual needs and design personalized therapy plans focused on reaching their functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Interventions: Employ evidence-based techniques to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and everyday activities.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach techniques to patients and caregivers to facilitate progress beyond therapy sessions.
• Track and Adjust Treatment: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment strategies as necessary to keep patients progressing successfully.

Education Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development supported through our resources

Licensure and Certifications

• Current active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
