Duties and Responsibilities Answer and efficiently manage all customer inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor. Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers to assist them with their needs. Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge for better service delivery. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to better assist customers with inquiries and troubleshooting. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.
