Job Profile Join our fun, high-energy team as a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending. In this role, you will serve as the customer’s chief point of contact throughout the life of the loan while the Home Lending team supports you with specialized knowledge. You will adhere to all regulatory requirements while marketing and promoting financial products offered by Chase, with opportunities to grow your career and make a significant impact on our business. Job Responsibilities Coach and mentor the branch team by providing training on products and services. Work with bankers, meet with their customers, and introduce new clients to bankers for additional products and services. Collaborate with your team to create an outstanding customer experience using centrally managed direct mail, media advertisements, cross‑sell efforts, relocation programs, statement programs, Chase.com, electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing efforts. Develop a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in the footprint territories and function well within formal and dotted‑line reporting relationships. Build a role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintain good relationships with customers. Exhibit consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise, product knowledge, and knowledge of the customer’s financial needs, goals, and circumstances. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate. 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking. Knowledge of the real‑estate market in the local area. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills FHA/VA sales experience. Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills. Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment. Employment offers are contingent on a review of criminal conviction history, credit reports, and the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) information, including compliance with the SAFE Act of 2008. Successful registration on NMLS is required immediately after the start date, with ongoing annual renewal and update compliance.
