The opportunity


Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a seasonal Beverage Room Attendant to join our team at Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida. As a Beverage Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective operation of assigned luxury suites, including stocking, serving, and attending to guests' needs.

What will you do?

• Prepare the beverage room and ensure all items are in place for guest arrival, including those ordered in advance of the event
• Anticipate guests' needs and communicate in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff
• Ensure all laws and regulations are being followed, including checking for identification before serving alcohol
• Obtain signatures from the suite host on any charges incurred
• Perform other duties as assigned

More about you

• No high school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full-service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required
• Previous experience as a suite runner preferred

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of the shift
• Exposure to variable temperatures
• May be required to work in narrow spaces
