We\'re looking for a paid, in-person Industrial Design Intern to join our team for approximately 4 months to contribute to meaningful client and internal projects that create real-world impact. This is an opportunity to work alongside industrial designers, engineers, strategists, and technologists while gaining hands-on experience across the full product development lifecycle. We\'re seeking curious, collaborative problem-solvers who are passionate about design and eager to contribute from concept through execution. What You’ll Do As an Industrial Design Intern, you\'ll work alongside our team and with our clients to develop innovative products and experiences. You will: Support the design process from research and ideation through concept development, refinement, and implementation. Communicate ideas through sketching, CAD modeling, rendering, prototyping, and storytelling, using both physical and digital tools. Collaborate across disciplines to solve complex challenges, contribute to client work, and support internal innovation initiatives. What We're Looking For You\’re currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Design or a related field, with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning. Your portfolio demonstrates thoughtful design process, concept exploration, visual storytelling, aesthetic judgment, and well-crafted outcomes. You have proficiency in 2D design (sketching, visualization, Adobe Creative Suite) and 3D modeling and rendering (SolidWorks and KeyShot preferred), along with hands-on prototyping and model-making experience. You possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with an interest in emerging technologies and Generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Vizcom, or Microsoft Copilot. Applications must include a portfolio showcasing your strongest work and demonstrating: Creative problem-solving and systems thinking. A clear and well-documented design process. Concept generation, development, and refinement. Physical prototyping and model-making capabilities. Strong visual communication and storytelling. A distinctive point of view and approach to design. Additional information Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week.
