A schedule that leaves room for life
Office/Patient Hours

• Mon: 8:00am-3:30pm
• Tues: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Wed: 7:30am-5:00pm
• Thurs: 7:30am-3:30pm

Arrival time: typically, 15-30 minutes prior to the first patient so you can set up without stress.

What you'll do

• Preventive care, perio maintenance, SRP as needed
• Digital X-rays, assessments, perio charting, documentation
• Patient education that's clear, kind, and actually sticks
• Collaborative care planning and smooth handoffs with the doctor

You'll have support behind you (because you're not on an island)

• Monthly hygienist meetings (share wins, swap tips, improve systems, laugh about "the floss lecture" together)
• Designated hygiene support so you can focus on patient care, not chasing supplies like it's a reality show challenge
• CE credits provided by our partners to keep you learning, leveling up, and feeling confident in your craft

You'll be a great fit if you have...

• Current Ohio RDH license
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach
• Comfort with digital systems (we'll support training where needed)
