This is a full-time position, MondayFriday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. In this role, you'll lead daily CNC operations, assign tasks, and ensure workflow efficiency. You'll set up, program, and operate CNC machines, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality standards. You'll mentor operators, collaborate with engineering, and keep production running smoothly while enforcing safety and promoting a clean, organized environment. Who Are We? What's Needed From A Senior CNC Machinist Manufacturing Team Lead? We're looking for someone who can work full-time while meeting the following qualifications: 5+ years of CNC machining experience with strong G-code knowledge Leadership experience in manufacturing Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings Strong problem-solving skills for machining, tooling, and programming issues Proficiency with measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and CMMs Familiarity with CNC controls such as Haas, Fanuc, Mazak, Okuma, or similar Basic computer skills for documentation and ERP systems Ability to lift 4050 lbs and stand for extended periods Multi-axis machining, CAD/CAM programming, Lean/5S knowledge, and experience training teams are preferred.
