We are currently hiring for our Chester (Upland), Delaware County, Pennsylvania location. If you are willing to make the commitment to help others thrive and work diligently at growing in the Social Services field, we believe you can make a lasting difference here at Children's Choice.Qualifications:- Masters of Social Work or a Masters degree in a directly related degree.- Prior experience in Foster Care and child services.- Prior Permanency, specifically SWAN services, experience required- At least 2 consecutive years of supervisory experience.- Ability to obtain appropriate child abuse and criminal clearances.- Valid driver's license and own a properly registered and insured vehicle.- Excellent interpersonal, writing and communication skills.- Computer literate.- Able to take financial responsibility to obtain clearances needed before orientation.- Willing to make a minimum of a 2 year commitment to growing with our team.Job DescriptionChildren's Choice is seeking a Program Coordinator who can facilitate adoption work and permanent legal custody with foster parents and their foster children. This position would also include supervision a staff of about 10 Caseworkers, manage the office and over-see resource parent re-evaluations.
