POSITION SUMMARY: Ubique Group is seeking a full-time LTL Order Prep Associate to support our warehouse operations in Olive Branch, Mississippi. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing palletized customer orders for shipment while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

This position requires flexibility and a willingness to cross-train in multiple warehouse functions as part of our “Move to the Work” culture, which encourages employees to expand their skills and knowledge.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Additional overtime, early arrivals, or extended hours may be required based on business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Functions) :

• Prepare palletized orders for outbound shipment
• Operate banding machines and apply shrink wrap to secure shipments
• Ensure customer orders are packaged accurately and safely
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping, dusting, and mopping as needed
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and properly use required safety equipment
• Support warehouse operations and cross-train in additional functions as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Positive attitude and strong team-oriented mindset
• Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines and procedures
• Experience operating clamp trucks or sit-down forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
• Prolonged standing and walking on concrete surfaces
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and overhead lifting
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions
• Ability to safely climb on and off forklifts and warehouse equipment
• Manual dexterity for operating machinery and handling products
