Unarmed Security Officer

Location: Oklahoma City Metro Pay: $15.00/hr Schedule: Nights, weekends, and holidays required About Great Plains Protection At Great Plains Protection , we take pride in delivering professional, dependable, and purpose-driven security services across Oklahoma. Position Overview We’re seeking Unarmed Security Officers to join our team throughout the Oklahoma City Metro area. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and professionalism. Responsibilities Maintain a visible and professional presence on-site to deter unwanted activity Monitor access points, patrol designated areas, and observe surroundings Report suspicious behavior, safety hazards, or policy violations Complete accurate and timely daily activity and incident reports Respond to incidents, alarms, or requests for assistance Communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and law enforcement when needed Requirements Must possess a current Oklahoma CLEET Unarmed Security License (or be able to obtain) Must be 18 years of age or older Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to stand or patrol for extended periods Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills Professional appearance and demeanor Must pass background check and drug screening Why Join Our Team $15.00/hour starting pay Opportunities for advancement to Armed or Supervisory roles Training and professional development available Work alongside a disciplined, team-oriented group — the Wolfpack Leadership that supports you in the field and recognizes your commitment #J-18808-Ljbffr
