Sr. Analyst Customer Master Data and Data Analytics - SAP

Senior Analyst role within Finance Shared Services responsible for governing customer master data across SAP S/4HANA and integrated systems. Provides leadership, cross-functional partnership, and ensures data quality, compliance, and operational excellence to support Order-to-Cash processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer master data vision, roadmap, and governance framework across SAP S/4HANA systems
- Define and enforce global data standards, stewardship practices, and quality controls for compliance
- Oversee Customer MDM/DSP operating models including intake, validation, and workflow management
- Support end-to-end project delivery for SAP enhancements, integrations, and data remediation initiatives
- Deliver executive-level reporting on data quality, KPIs, and drive automation and process optimization
Requirements
- 5+ years progressive experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Analytics
- Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and cross-functional business operations
- Demonstrated ability to influence, drive change, and operate independently in matrixed organizations
- Strong project management capabilities with Smartsheet or similar tools experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency and hands-on SQL Server, Power BI, Oracle, data modeling experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or Finance
