Nurse SupervisorThe primary purpose is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained at all times.Duties and Responsibilities:Assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing department.Participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures.Participate in the development, maintenance and implementation of the facility's QAPI and Infection Control programs.Assist with admission, transfer and discharge processes.Complete accident/incident reports and investigations as necessary.Assist with completion of MDS and care planning processes.Perform Administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, assessments and documentation as necessary.
