What You'll Do As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, reporting, forecasting, and business decision-making. Responsibilities will include: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, budgets, and reporting packages Analyze financial performance and identify trends, opportunities, and risks Partner with accounting, operations, and business leadership to provide actionable financial insights Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis Build sophisticated Excel models and analytical tools Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning Develop and improve financial reporting processes Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects Assist with data migration, data validation, and system/process conversion initiatives Reconcile and validate financial data during migration projects Identify discrepancies and work with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues Help automate and improve reporting and analytical processes Present financial findings and recommendations to leadership What We're Looking For We're looking for a highly motivated financial professional who can operate independently, think strategically, and roll up their sleeves when necessary. Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience working with large data sets Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent attention to detail Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience with: Entertainment, media, production, or related industries Financial systems implementations or upgrades ERP or accounting system conversions Data migration and validation Business intelligence and reporting tools Process improvement and automation Why This Opportunity?
