Senior Financial Analyst
RIT Solutions, Inc.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Please provide the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting, analytics/modeling, reporting
- Must have experience supporting a CFO or senior executive management
- Hyperion Essbase is a requirement.
- Strong technical skills with MS Office suite - Word, advanced Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, advanced formulas), PowerPoint
- Moderate proficiency with Oracle FP&A tools e.g. Planning/Forecasting tool
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage deadlines
- Ability and willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and achieve results. Must be willing to get into the details.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational discipline
- Proven strategic planning and leadership skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
- Experience with Oracle, Essbase and Smartview strongly preferred
- Functional and technical subject matter expertise in the area of Operations from an accounting and finance perspective
