We're adding an Associate Veterinarian (with the opportunity for a Medical Director track if leadership or mentorship interests you). The role is flexible and can be shaped around what you love most-whether that's surgery, complex cases, or helping guide other doctors. You'll have the autonomy to practice your way, with the backing of a collaborative, well-run private practice.

• 4-doctor team with seasoned RVTs and strong support staff
• 30-60 minute appointments and 1 hour blocked daily for notes/callbacks
• 3+ weeks PTO to actually unplug
• $140K-$180K Salary + ProSal %
