Veterinarian – South Bay (Torrance)

We're adding an Associate Veterinarian (with the opportunity for a Medical Director track if leadership or mentorship interests you). The role is flexible and can be shaped around what you love most—whether that's surgery, complex cases, or helping guide other doctors. You'll have the autonomy to practice your way, with the backing of a collaborative, well-run private practice.

• 4-doctor team with seasoned RVTs and strong support staff
• 30–60 minute appointments and 1 hour blocked daily for notes/callbacks
• 3+ weeks PTO to actually unplug
• $140K-$180K Salary + ProSal %
