Full-Time - Hourly, Non-Exempt (40 hrs/week; additional hours as needed to support organization and individual goals)

What this work looks like:

• Read process sheets, blueprints, and sketches
• Set-up and operate milling equipment
• Monitor the production process
• Perform and document specified inspection criteria
• Move parts and paperwork to the next stage of production
• Maintain work areas and equipment

What you need to win:

• Mechanical aptitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Critical thinking and a drive for problem-solving
• A positive and a proactive mindset
• Ability to read and interpret documents including blueprints and sketches
• A strong work ethic and willingness to train
